Why it works at a company event.
The photographer shoots the speakers and the stage. People see the rest of the day, and in the morning you have all of it.
Content for internal communication.
In the morning you have hundreds of photos from the people’s point of view. The album goes straight to the intranet, the newsletter or the annual report.
No face recognition.
We use no biometrics and we sell the photos to nobody. After 90 days we delete them unless you keep them.
Invoice and contract.
We invoice your company and you get a data processing agreement for the event. We are not VAT registered, so the price is final.
A venue wall at the conference.
Participants send selected shots to the wall and you put them on the screen between talks.
How a company event goes.
Before the event1
We agree on a date, send the invoice and the contract, and prepare cards with your logo.
During the event2
Participants scan the code and shoot. Nobody installs anything or signs in anywhere.
On stage3
Selected shots run on the venue wall. All other photos stay hidden.

Questions from companies.
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes, to your company. We are not VAT registered, so the price of 4,990 CZK is final.
Where are the photos stored?
On Cloudflare infrastructure. Who has access to them and how long we keep them is described in the privacy policy.
What if somebody does not want to be in the photos?
They can ask for a photo to be hidden right in the album; you as the organiser get the request and hide the photo with one tap. We do not use face recognition.
Can the cards carry our logo?
Yes. For a company event we prepare cards with your logo in all three formats.
Does it work for an event with more than 400 people?
Yes, write to us. For bigger events and repeated events during the year we agree on a price.
