Who processes the photos
David Azarian, company number 17064619, K Beranovu 1190/15, 184 00 Praha 8, Czechia. Write to us at ahoj@momentovka.cz.
At a company event we process the photos for the company running it and follow its instructions.
What gets stored about you
The photos you take, the name or nickname you entered, the time taken and how many shots you used. Your e-mail only if you ask for the album link yourself.
We do not want your surname or phone number and you need no account. A first name, a nickname, or nothing at all is fine.
Why we are allowed to
The album is the reason you were handed a camera at the event. Running it is a legitimate interest of yours and the organiser's under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. For the e-mail it is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Capturing your likeness is governed by § 84 of the Czech Civil Code. By being at the event and taking photos you give consent for sharing within the event. You can withdraw it at any time — the „hide photo“ button in the album sends the request to the organiser, who hides the photo. If they do not react, write to us.
Who sees the photos
Only guests at the same event and the organiser. The album is never public and search engines cannot reach it.
We do not use the photos for promotion, never sell them and train no models on them. We do no face recognition or matching, so a photo is not biometric data.
How long they stay
14 days from developing at a free event, 90 days at a paid one. After that the album is hidden for 30 days and only then deleted for good, including the files in storage.
The organiser can buy the album permanently. Everything else on this page still applies.
Where the photos are
In storage located in the European Union. Photo links are signed and valid for two hours at most, so they cannot be guessed or forwarded for good.
What you can ask for
- To have a photo hidden — fastest with the button in the album itself, without e-mail; the organiser gets the request at once.
- To know what we process about you, and get a copy.
- To have the data corrected or deleted.
- To object to the processing.
- To withdraw consent where the processing rests on it.
- To complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority, uoou.gov.cz.

Children
There are children at family events. We do not verify age — doing so would mean collecting more data about everyone than we collect today.
A parent or guardian has the same „hide photo“ button as anyone else and can write to ahoj@momentovka.cz. Requests about photos of children come first.
