For every event we prepare QR code cards in 3 formats as a 300 dpi PDF with a 3 mm bleed. You print them at home or at a copy shop and put them on the tables.
A6 portrait
105 × 148 mm. In a stand or leaning against a glass.
A7 landscape
105 × 74 mm. By the cutlery or the place card.
Tent card
Printed as an A5, folded in half, stands on its own.
One card per table is enough. Put two on a long table.
Put the QR code or the link straight into the wedding invitation or the party invite.
The code is also in the corner of the venue wall, so late arrivals join too.
You can download the code on its own as a PNG and place it in the menu or the seating plan.
